The CopyrightTranscript holds the first serial rights to translations and to other material which it commissions. Material on this site may not be copied, or otherwise re-published or disseminated, in part or in whole, without written consent from the appropriate rights holder.
The rights to material already published elsewhere and which Transcript has gained permission to reproduce remain with the rights-holder of the said material.
Material submitted to Transcript should be accompanied
a) by a statement from the rights holder that he/she/they agree(s) to Transcripts reproducing the material and acknowledge(s) Transcripts right to have the said material translated
or
b) by precise information regarding the identity of the rights holders and how they may be contacted.
When material is submitted to Transcript without either (a) or (b) above, Transcript considers permission to reproduce the said material to have been granted.
This applies to both photographs and written texts.
