Miquel Bauçà
Miquel Bauçà (1940) started out working a historical realist vein, but after a parenthesis of ten years between his first and second books of poems he has built up a body of work that also includes fiction - of note here is Carrer Marsala (1985) - and has overstepped the bounds of the conventional genres with the writing of unclassifiable dictionaries such as El canvi (1998, in prose and verse) and Els estats de connivència (in verse, 2001). Miquel Bauçà is a native of Felanitx, Mallorca.
