Florence Aigner
The photographer and sound artist Florence Aigner (1975) has a specific interest in the living experiences and the material culture of people in exile. From Palestinian refugee camps in the Middle East to migrant centres in Europe, she has initiated and collaborated on various international projects to explore the narrations of people in their intimacy (including ‘100 artists in Palestine’, ‘Cross Borders’, ‘Coin de vies’, ‘Homes Sweet Home’, ‘Des Epopées Contemporaines’…). As part of the Brussel based collective of artists ‘Polymorfilms’, she is involved in exploring sensorial and impressionistic forms in her work to find new ways of expression.
